Because all of our products are custom-made and freestyle, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each junk case is created uniquely based on availability, creativity, and design style, meaning no two cases are the same.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:

Disliking the design or contents

Ordering the wrong phone model

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the design and contents are randomized and freestyle.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the package and item
If the issue is verified, we will offer a REFUND.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside of our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
