All orders are custom-made and freestyle. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process and prepare your junk case before it is shipped.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and can take approximately 3–7 business days.

Total Delivery Estimate
From the time you place your order, please allow 8–14 business days for your junk case to arrive.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet these timelines, shipping delays can occur due to USPS issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

International Shipping 
Shipping times and fees for international orders may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
